TJ: I know exactly what you mean about Rumsfeld. Though I detest pretty much all he stands for, I have had a fascination with his news conferences and press appearances over the past five years and the WH would be a far more boring place without him. Y'know, his work can be found in a handy book-form compilation just in time for Christmas!

It may be the Finlandia talking, but I kind of feel that way about Rumsfeld too. He's kind of like the cheery old guy who was around in the debaucherous roaring 20s who made people nostalgic of when it was still ok to think that slavery was ok, and at least women didn't show their kneecaps in silent movies.
