"Plunge of neckline and cling of fabric," indeed! The Coalition for Traditional Values is happy that Christ has re-upped with George for another term, but they are not particularly jazzed about the First Hedonists' choice of apparel for the big gigs tonight. I think they're trying to stress the modesty and decorum that should prevail at state functions, but frankly all they're doing is making me a little horny with that plunging neckline talk.
Let's hope they saved some postage, and mailed this letter with the one complaining that the President is backing out on his commitment to persecute gay people.

Also also! Pardon me for butting into your post, but here's the WaPo story about inaugural fashions.
It is held up by jeweled spaghetti straps and has an open back and a V-cut neckline that dips so low -- to the base of the sternum -- that Mischka felt compelled to offer reassurance to the American people that "there will be no wardrobe malfunction for the first family."
On sister Barb's:
While Barbara Bush's dress, because of its bareness, might lead one to believe that it is the sexier of the two gowns, Badgley disagrees. "Jenna's dress is sexy, too."
They're trying to attract the immoral values crowd to increase television ratings. I wasn't going to tune in, but who knows now?
